By accessing or using any part of the RichReach ecosystem, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant website, application or service.
If your organisation has entered into a separate written agreement with RichReach, that agreement will govern the contracted software, implementation, support, service levels, hosting and commercial terms. These Terms & Conditions apply alongside that agreement for general access, acceptable use, website use and ecosystem usage, unless the written agreement says otherwise.
1. About RichReach
RichReach provides business software and connected software applications, including ERP, retail, warehouse, workforce, pharmacy and integration-related solutions. The RichReach ecosystem may include RichReach ERP, RetailEdge, SupplyEdge, TeamEdge, industry-specific functionality, customer portals, mobile applications, integrations, APIs, reporting tools and related services.
2. Use of the RichReach ecosystem
You may use the RichReach ecosystem only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, any applicable customer agreement, user permissions, documentation and instructions provided by RichReach or your organisation. You must not use any website, app, account, integration, API or service in a way that damages, overloads, disrupts or interferes with RichReach systems, customer environments or the rights of others.
3. Accounts, users and permissions
Where access to RichReach software is provided through an account, each user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for using the system only within the permissions granted to them. Organisations are responsible for managing authorised users, roles, access levels and the accuracy of information entered into the system. You must promptly notify RichReach or your organisation if you believe an account has been compromised or used without permission.
4. Website content and product information
We aim to keep website information clear and useful, but it may change without notice. Product descriptions, screenshots, features, integrations and availability may vary by agreement, configuration, country, industry, customer requirements and deployment context. Website content does not constitute a binding offer, warranty or commitment unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Data collection through websites, apps and services
When you contact RichReach, submit an enquiry, request a demonstration, interact with our websites, access apps, use accounts, connect integrations or use related services, we may collect information such as your name, business email address, phone number, company name, role, industry, product interest, message content, account activity, support requests and technical information generated by your browser, device, integration or system.

7. Customer data and operational content
Customer data means information entered into, processed by or generated through RichReach software by or on behalf of a customer organisation. This may include operational, transactional, product, inventory, customer, employee, supplier, financial, reporting, integration and configuration data depending on the products and services used.
Customer organisations remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriate use of data they enter, import, process or connect through the RichReach ecosystem. RichReach processes customer data to provide, secure, support, maintain and improve the agreed services, and as otherwise permitted by the relevant agreement or applicable law.
8. Dedicated databases and single-tenant environments
Where RichReach provides software services to an organisation, customer operational data may be stored in a dedicated or single-tenant environment where this is part of the agreed service architecture. The exact hosting, database, security, backup, retention, availability and recovery arrangements depend on the relevant customer agreement, implementation scope and deployment model.
9. APIs, integrations and third-party services
The RichReach ecosystem may connect with payment providers, delivery providers, marketplaces, analytics services, supplier systems, government or industry platforms, e-commerce channels, customer systems and other third-party services. Use of integrations may require separate provider accounts, credentials, approvals, fees or terms. RichReach is not responsible for third-party systems, downtime, data accuracy, changes, security practices or terms, except to the extent expressly agreed in writing.
10. Acceptable use restrictions
You must not misuse the RichReach ecosystem. This includes attempting unauthorised access, bypassing security or licensing controls, copying or scraping data without permission, reverse engineering software, interfering with service operation, uploading malicious code, using the system for unlawful purposes, or using APIs/integrations in a way that exceeds authorised limits or harms RichReach, customers, providers or other users.
11. Availability, maintenance and changes
RichReach may update, modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, applications, APIs, integrations or services from time to time. Availability, maintenance windows, support response times and service levels are governed by the relevant customer agreement where applicable. Some functionality may depend on internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party providers, configuration or customer infrastructure.
12. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide services, respond to enquiries, maintain records, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our legitimate business interests.
13. Data security
RichReach takes data security seriously and applies reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. Security also depends on customer-side controls such as user management, password practices, device security, network security and correct configuration. No website, software service, internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Intellectual property
The RichReach name, product names, logos, software, designs, source code, object code, databases, workflows, interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, website structure and other materials are owned by RichReach or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission, except as expressly allowed under a written agreement.
16. Confidentiality
Non-public information exchanged between RichReach and a customer, partner, supplier or authorised user may be confidential. You must not disclose confidential information except as authorised by the relevant organisation, agreement or applicable law. This includes non-public product information, pricing, implementation details, credentials, technical information, customer data and business information.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RichReach is not liable for loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general website content. For contracted software, implementation, hosting, integration and support services, liability is governed by the applicable written agreement between RichReach and the customer. RichReach is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, incorrect customer data, customer-side configuration, third-party provider failures or use outside the agreed scope.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
